# 文書作成機能
## ご利用各種雛形に使い方
事件ファイルの詳細ページの「文書作成」をクリックすると検索ボックスが表示されます。
検索ボックス内をクリックすると、作成可能な文書が表示されます。
検索ボックスで検索をすれば、希望の雛形を選択することができます。
利用したい雛形にカーソルを合わせてクリックすると、お使いのデバイスにfirmeeに登録した情報が反映されたWordファイルがダウンロードされます。
firmeeに情報を登録すればするほど、便利にお使いいただけます
## 事務所アカウントの雛形登録
事務所アカウントであれば事務所独自の雛形を登録できます。
右上歯車ボタン→プロフィール→事務所名をクリックして事務所アカウントページに遷移してから、「文書作成テンプレート」ボタンをクリックします。
登録希望の雛形のうち、反映させたい情報項目を、変換項目リストに即して反映させていき、ファイル登録すると完成です。
